Tarps For Africa Testimonials

I recently ordered eight tarpaulins from Mark Read, director of ‘Tarps for Africa’.
The quality of the tarpaulins was exceptional, as was the delivery (by courier).

Mark’s company unfortunately got the dimensions of one of my tarps wrong, and it was delivered wrong. I wrote to him and explained what had happened and he made a new tarp of the correct size and re-couriered the correct tarp free of charge. In today’s business climate of “Anything goes; Take it or leave it; Ah, don’t bother with that, it’s too much trouble, or, Let the computer do the work, let’s have a cup of coffee!”, I found Mark’s company refreshing.

I commend him to anyone seeking tarpaulins of high quality, where mistakes are acknowledged and rectified, and the customer has a voice that is heard.

Coming to your company on the afternoon of 24th August, I needed broiler house curtains desperately, as I was getting chicks on Monday, 27th August in the morning.
Although I was desperate, I appreciates that I was late, and was not expecting much.

I am happy to say Mark moved MOUNTAINS to accommodate me. He answered me that, as long as I had made the payment, he will assist. Today 25th August, I’m here to collect my curtains.

These days when you get stuck and have to make a quick plan you sort of assume that it is going to be another exhausting and timeous exercise.
I am currently busy with roof renovations at home, with the summer rains starting I got myself in a tight spot. On the morning of 18 October 2018, I contacted Mark to enquire about their Tarp 700GSM (6m x 6m) for coverage of the roof in case of rain.
As this was not a big project for them, Mark managed to fit me into their schedule for the day, I collected the material that same afternoon.

After extensive searching on Google for Tarps in South Africa during the festive season, I was getting frantic and started emailing everyone for a quotation and asking when to deliver.
Everyone fell short and I came across TFA. Waited a day or two for a reply had a quotation same day, they could deliver within a week as well. Mark was really helpful and he gave me all the info I needed.
Will use TFA every time I build a chicken house for sure.
